Prospective Residents: ScholarshipsRalph Pervan ScholarshipEach year Currie Hall seeks to support rural Western Australian students in their move to University studies by offering the "Ralph Pervan Scholarship". The scholarships are awarded during Semester one and are based on the applicant's potential to benefit from University study and their ability to contribute to the community, both within the Hall and at large. Academic potential, citizenship, leadership, community spirit and sporting achievements are all taken into account. Please download an Application Form and Referee Report Form or contact the hall for further details. Applications close on the first Friday of First semester. The decision on recipients of scholarships is made by a panel including the Principal, Student Service Manager and Senior Residential Adviser, after an interview process during the later part of first semester. The scholarship amount is dependant on the number of recipients, but generally covers most of the second semester fee. Currie Hall Scholarships Based on need, each year the Hall will award a number of scholarships to students who are experiencing financial difficulty and who are also making a signifigant contribution to the Hall.
